Kama Wireless at Laguna Hills Mall sold me a broken Scala 500 bluetooth wireless headset and then refused to take it back for an exchange or refund. I took the headset back, unused and with all parts unwrapped, only four days after purchase. Their own policy states that I had seven days. One Kama sales person told me "You should have brought it back sooner". These people were rude and unprofessional. The two men present said they had to call the person who sold the headset to me, and then he lied over the phone and said that he had opened the box in front of me and that the headset was fine. My wife was with me at the time of the purchase, and she knows that they did not open the box.
I recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Just read the other reviews about them on this web site -- all negative!
