IT IS HARD TO DESCRIBE HOW CORRUPT AND DESTRUCTIVE DOME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS UNLESS YOU HAVE LIVED IN A BUILDING THAT THEY "MANAGE." Dome is a neighborhood destroyer. The developement that I live in was beautiful until Dome got involved twenty years ago. Dome has turned my building into a slum. Dome's pattern seems to be to get a board that is in sync with their corrupt program. They find a board member who is usually a shady low life and back that person up during his board tenure. Dome locks condominium boards into these horrible five year management contracts. During the contract term they do nothing but collect the maintenance dues. This company is a pyramid scam. The owner of Dome is like Staten Island's own Bernie Madoff. I cant believe they are still in business. The owner of Dome in my opinion is an incompetent attorney, but a master scam artist. He has committed what appears to be a MEGA FRAUD on the people of staten island.
