This route 9 location in Shrewsbury is possibly the worst tire service I've ever received. Forget about any free tire repair unless you have 24 hours or more. I was told on a Saturday I could drop my car off and pick it up on Monday just for a tire repair, a flat! In the past I bought tires when their prices were lower than anyone, but in the last few years, they've gotten higher in pricing and worse in service. They can't handle the customers that walk in and always have you waiting after spending $400-$600. I don't recommend them unless you don't mind someone being rude and have all day to hang around a dirty tire place. I recommend Dick's Tires in Charlton. Want the best deal, try Dicks. In and out in no time and definitely the lowest cost tires new or used.
