Another doctor's office in which the office managers can take some lessons in courtesy. This practice seems to serve mostly Asians and in particular Chinese patients however Dr. Lam was more than able to explain everything to me in English and was very knowledgeable. His easy mannerisms put my family and I at ease. His supporting staff of physicians assistants and nurses were always kind and understanding. The wait is long though, sometimes up to two hours to be seen, as many of the patients seem to come in on a walk in basis, but worth the wait.
