I can honestly say this is not one of the best looking parks. However, they've stayed true to their roots and haven't copied other nearby parks trying to look good. The park is already good enough. They have basketball courts, for both indoors and outdoors. They have soccer fields and baseball fields too. Whats best about the park is the giant lake in the park. I've got some good memories with me and my dad fishing for catfish in that lake (and we caught a couple too- small ones though). Whats also great is that the whole dimensions of the park is huge, and you can exercise by walking around the park (it's about a 30 minute walk around the whole park!). I love the friendly people that walk in the park also. Boy I wish parks would be more like this one.

Liberty Park, about 2 to 3 years ago, was a great park. They had great playsets that were placed in sand for children. The playsets had swings and slides and all that good stuff. They used to really nice basketball courts, the kinds that only allow you to play halfcourt. They have superior tennis courts that you can borrow for free, you just provide the park identification. There's also a great track to run around in circles. However, everything changed for the worse. The park tried to get fancy and doing so has driven away many dedicated people at the park. They replaced all the basketball courts and now have no basketball courts. They upgraded their building, where there is gym that people used to use for free, but now have to pay. They did improve the track, which I liked, but they changed the whole exercise station to this new garbage. Horrible! I'd rather not go to this park again.

This restaurant is conveniently located across the street from the Cerritos Mall. The atmosphere in the mall is pretty nice. There's filipino music playing in the background, and the waiters/waitress are very polite. The thing that sucks is the lines. There's plenty of tables, but usually they are full, so you have to wait in line until a table clears up. When you sit at the table and after you order, it takes forever for them to get the food to you. What also sucks is that the tables are close together, so there's not much room to manuever and walk around. Not to mention the restroom are awful. However, what makes up for everything is the great tasting Filipino dishes. They serve everything from Filipino eggrolls and noodles and soups and pork and so on. They are all delicious and worthwhile. The food melts in your mouth and you can savor the taste. Oh, btw, it's very expensive, but the taste makes up for it. 4 Stars!

Goldilocks is a popular Filipino restaurant located across the street from the Cerritos mall. They are more well known as a bakery. They sell empanda, cakes, pulvaron, and so on. However, be aware that they sell them at high prices. I could probably help my mom make the same Filipino cakes for a lot cheaper. Another thing to know about the bakery goods is that they are quite sweet. It's probably a good idea to stay away if you're diabetic. Customer service isn't bad, but it isn't great either. You don't get smiles from employees. They will just ring up your order without giving you problems. Parking can get troublesome, especially when it gets busy. You might have to get far parking just to get into the bakery. There's also chairs and tables to eat inside the bakery if you want to as well.

The first thing you notice about Office max is it's location. It's located at the very end of the Cerritos Towne Center, but the good news is that Trader Joes now lives with them. The problem is the horrible parking. The morning hours you'll be fine, but during the evening and weekends you'll be suffering. The parking here gets loaded. Inside the store is pretty huge. They sell both office supplies and furniture. I love sitting on the leather chairs and trying them out because they are so comfty. The often get lost in the office supplies section. There are so many different kinds, you wonder if people actually buy them. They got pretty expensive folders, ranging from 5 to 10 bucks, which you can get for only about 2.50 to 3 buck at Walmart, which is at the other end of the Towne Center. However, I would recommend buying pens/pencils in this store. They've got almost every kind, and all are in stock. Office Max also sells printers and other computer related gear. Not a bad office supplies store, but I'd rather go to Walmart.

First off, let me say I'm a guy. I only went into this store because I had to follow my sisters in with them, plus I wanted to meet some cute chicks. I don't know much about women's clothing, but I gotta tell you, my sister's love this store. They always buy shirts and pants from here, and always jump and down excitedly telling me how cheap and how great a bargin the shirt/pants they bought are. From what I can tell you is that the store is pretty huge, and usually pretty crowded. I sometimes see women drag in their boyfriends (and I literally mean drag) inside the store to help them shop around. Everytime my sisters pay at the cashier, the employees are always smiling and always ask politely how you are doing and if they found everything they've been looking for. I guess they seem to also hold the latest fashions for womens clothing too (at least thats what my sisters tell me, I don't really know). I guess this is a great store for women's fashions.

I've bought shoes from this store a few times before, and I really try to avoid this store. They are located at one end of the mall, right at the very end, next to Sears. The problem is that while most of their shoes sell for a lot cheaper that most retail shoe stores, I found out their shoes don't last as long and aren't as confortable. They sell shoes for everyone, kids, adults, you name it. Customer service wasn't as good as I thought they would be, as they never came to ask me if I needed help. There are shelves of shoes which are disorganized in the store. The only organization they have is that women shoes are in the women's section, and mens are in the mens section. You literally have to search the shelves to find the shoe you want, and there are too many to look from. I wished they organized better by putting basketball shoes together and skate shoes together and so on. Until their customer service and organization improves, I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Are you a video game fanatic? Then you must come and visit this place. It's located in the Cerritos mall, but the problem is that the store is very, and I mean very small. The store is usually packed, and it seems like it has more people because the store is so small. They sell Xboxes, Playstations, and used versions of game consules at a discounted price. Video games are expensive, but tell me a place where they aren't. You can also buy video games before they come out as well, and you'll be the very first to get the game for doing so. The employees are video game fanatics as well. My friend was talking to them about video games and the employees seemed to know a lot about the game as well as many others. Oh yeah, they sell gameboys and gameboy games as well. You can also buy other great video game gear such as controllers and memory. Overall, the store was good. All I wish is that they make their store bigger.

Before I visited Yankee Candle, I thought candles were just a piece of wax that you lit on fire to keep a light going. Yankee Candle changed my view. This small and attactive store was filled with different kinds of candles that littered the shelves. The very kind store employee asked if I needed help, and I declined her offer. I guess I was so amazed at the different kinds of candles you can have. I was really impressed at their scented candles, as I have smelled many other kinds of candles that were horrible, but the ones here actually smelled good! They sell pillar candles, decorative candles, potpourri, and many other delicious goods. Prices for most candles will be around $10, but it's definately worth it. If you want a cool or good smelling candle, you must visit!

This store just recently opened in the Los Cerritos Mall, and whats cool about it's location. Its located in the center of the mall where everyone walks by. However, what makes this clothing store so special is that in the corner of the store, there's a DJ thats playing loud music! Whats even cooler is the acoustics of the store. The music is loud in the store, but you can barely hear it outside the store (so it doesnt bother other stores!) It's basically like a club inside with people dancing and what not because of the music. The store is definately teen-oriented. I also love the clothes in the store, I really like the long sleeves and jeans, but they are quite expensive. However, you don't have to come in to shop, you can just come in to dance and have fun and party down!
