I finally got to check this place out after hearing my friend talk about it all the time. The menu is really varied, and the food is just awesome. Most dishes center around your choice of their soy chicken, pepper steak, seitan, soy fish, or tofu. The staff are extremely friendly, and the place has a great family vibe to it. Highly recommended.

Head to the smoking room with the piano after the show and you'll often one of the regulars drunk and taking requests. It's a blast.

I always find myself at Fred 62 after hitting a show or club with some friends late at night when everyone's getting hungry. The place is really fun with all kinds of random things to catch your eye. In fact, make sure to look up when your in the restroom.
The menu is awesome, including their homemade pop tarts they call "punk tarts." There's also some really good vegetarian options on there as well. They're definitely what I'd expect from a trendy diner like this.
Do be prepared for a short wait if you're coming along with the usual late night crowds.

I've only been to Native Foods a couple times now, but it's definitely a place I'd like to eat regularly. Meat analogs aren't a huge necessity for me, but the fact that their menu caters entirely to meat replacements makes it a good place to take open-minded omnivores to try out vegan food.
Being at The Camp and across from The Lab, it's a little hipster, but since they're doing something really good I'd say you can cut them some slack. The food is definitely very good, lots of flavor, and almost as nice to look at as to eat.

I wasn't very thrilled with my auto insurance premium through Liberty Mutual, and I'd heard great things about State Farm. So I looked up an office nearby in Irvine, and I got a huge reduction over my other premium, because of the way they handle motorcycle coverage there.
I made a couple stops by their office in the process as well, and these guys were so friendly that I couldn't have felt more comfortable and happy that I'd come across their office.
