I have never had a better experience in buying a car! Thank you to Jake, he was absolutely wonderful to work with, from the time I initiated a request online until I drove away in the X-Terra!!! Going into the deal he made sure I knew exactly what was available, prices, finance info and rebates. He even helped make it easier to find out what the insurance on the X-Terra would be going forward by providing VIN information. My unbelievable support experience didn't end there either. I arrived Saturday morning, as scheduled and we took a test drive. Jake took me on roads that would demonstrate how the X-Terra would handle and along the way explained every detail imagineable (including the fact the engine smell would burn off shortly because the vehicle was new). After we returned to the dealership he patiently let me check out the other models, and never even laughed when I had a hard time picking the color I wanted. Everyhting after that, the prep, financing, detailing, etc. was flawlessly delivered. He even programmed my Blackberry so it would work in the X-Terra and demonstrated how to use it!! Jake is such an awesome person- and I'm sure a huge asset to the Valley Nissan team!!! Would i recommend Valley Nissan to my friends and family??? In a New York second!!!
