I was very skeptical of Papa Murphy's because the reason I buy pizza instead of making it myself is:
1. I don't have to do anything.
2. It's made in a pizza oven.
So when my grandmother ordered some Papa Murphy's, I was skeptical to say the least. To my surprise, the pizza crust was not the crispiest, but certainly above average and it was easy to make.
This seems like a good option both for price and because you can buy the pizza ahead of time.

I recently went to a Happy Hour at Ivar's and could not believe how good and cheap the food was. Clam strips for $3 is all I need to get me to go to a restaurant. You can get a high-quality ceasar salad for $3 and for another $3 you can add two large pieced of balckened salmon. I found the salmon to be a bit spicey, and honestly would have prefered plain fish and chips (or at least halibut) to the salmon and chips. some things should be left as they are.

My girlfriend and I searched and searched for a non-chain breakfast place that doesn't feel the need to be fancy and turn french toast into vanilla-enfused, almond-encrusted ridiculousness. We came across Chase's.
The food was quite good. Nice, not-greasy basic breakfast fare with lare pancakes and perfect hash browns. And when I ordered my bacon well-done, it actually came pretty crispy. It's not cheap, but it's fairly well-priced.
My only complaint is the same complaint I have everywhere I go. Why can't anyone make a breakfast with one or two pancakes, half an order of hash browns, and two slices of bacon? That's all I ever want and I always have to cobble it together from sides and entrees and complicated trades with others at the table.
That aside, I was pretty happy with Chase's. Not sure if it's worth the drive over the bridge, but it's pretty good.

Do not make the mistake of customizing your order at Dick's. You look dorky enough in relation to everyone else on Capitol Hill. You order by name only. The food is not better than McDonalds, though one could argue that the fries are fresher. The burgers are tiny and the buns have a slight sweet tate. It's not cheaper, really. But it's open late (til 2 AM) and you get the self-satisfaction of knowing you are supporting a local chain instead of a giant scary conglomorate like McDonalds that could crush you like a bug for looking at it funny.

Quiznos is good it makes Subway look like a Denny's salad on a cheap role. The ingrediants are incredibly fresh and include mushrooms and guacamole. They toast their bread. Subway has started doing this too, but this only reenforces the power of Quiznos. Quiznos costs more, but once you eat there, you won't be able to go to another sub shop, so it really just means you start spending more on subs.
Be sure to go online to their site and print their coupons. Also get a Quiznos stamp card.

When you go to Kidd Valley, the first thing you'll think is: "$3.19 for a hamburger?" This is not McDonald's (or Dick's, for that matter). The burgers are much bigger. The onion rings are much bigger. I have never ordered a soda, but I imagine that the ice cubes are the size of my fist. The burgers are tasty with fresh-tasting lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomato. The onion rings are incredible. Hand-dipped and you can tell. I would suggest splitting an order.

Taj Palace has the best lunch buffet I have ever had. You can eat and eat and never feel sick. The food is as high-quality as most restaurant's entrees and includes four different salads. They bring fresh-baked naan to your table and sometimes vegetable samosas hot from the oven. There rice pudding has a refreshing milk taste. Any complaints you might have are promptly fixed and then some. I spend most of my waking hours plotting my next trip.

I have been on a quest for the perfect french fry since I moved to Seattle. Crisp and golden brown on the outside, soft on the inside. I found them at the Honey Hole. Their french fries are amazing, the burger is quite good, and my girlfriend is in love with the vegan BLT with veganaise.
They are good for casual dining and also for a date. My girlfriend had flowers delivered there for our anniversary and they accepted them and brought them to our table. Also, if they make a mistake, they are ready to give you a free sandwhich.

If you are looking for New York pizza, then go to the Ray's Pizza on the corner of 6th and 12th in Manhattan. We all want it to, but it doesn't exist here. Anywhere. Sometimes if you go long enough after eating at a pizzeria, you might remember it as NY-ish. I did that last night.
I swore I remembered having a NY-worthy slice at Piecora's. I thought about it all week. I made my girlfriend make a special trip with me. I got two slices of cheese and they were positively ... floppy. They got the greasy cheese, but not the crispy crust that makes NY pizza. Also the sauce was tasteless.
So Piecora's is fine. It's not NY. Frankly, I think Pagliacci is more NY. But nothing here really fits the bill, so I've stopped trying. Piecora's really doesn't stand on anything but being NY-like. I would go instead for pizza that is good on its own merits.

The Pro Sports Club is like 25 country clubs plus Gene Juarez. It has at least five of everything, from work-out rooms to Jacuzzi's. It only has two restaurants, but I'm sure 3 more are under construction. It is a wonderland and they have to close by 11 PM because otherwise people would just live there.
