Lost my clothes!

Strathmore cleaners did an okay job on my clothing. My pants came back with creases and wrinkles. They aslo lost a pair of my pants which were expensive. They offered no apologies and gave me hardly anything back. The store is kind of run down too. I also brought them a leather jacket to be cleaned and they totally ruined the garment inside and out. When I went to confront them about this they got totally defensive and refused to refund my money. The service and quality here is sub par and I would definitely stay away or go at your own risk.
