What I like about this place, is that I took a leather jacket that had a big tear around the pocket to get sewn. I was told that it wouldn't look great, but i said to go ahead and do it. The job was just absolutely perfect and I was very happy. I took an old leather jacket that I had that had a torn around the sleeve and asked them to sew it up and they told me the job would not be perfect but when I got it back I was very satisfied with it.

What I have found about this company is that for a plumber, they offer very reasonable rates, and will go out of their way to get to you when you have an emergency situation. The owner has worked on my plumbing problems many times and is very fast in responding to problems and I have felt that he is very honest and upstanding.

This is an older, larger apartment complex. What is really nice is that the walls between all of the apartments are concrete which cuts down on any kind of sound problems. This complex is very quiet from what I can see. They have small patios which is the one thing I didn't like about them. It didn't seem like a real homey type of place to me.
