Spotty "Customer" Service

While I truly liked the doctor that I saw, I got spotty "customer" service when there was an issue with getting a prescription approved by my insurance company. As soon as I would call in and tell the switchboard operator that I had a question about a prescription, I was immediately sent to a voice mail box where--I'm not too surprised--I never got a single call back. After three such instances, I had to get a bit angry on the phone to get some help. I will probably not ever go back to this doctor's office.
