Matt's isn't bad. We visited Chicago a couple years back and really loved the classic Chicago hot dogs - way better than the pizza! Matt's has managed to replicate them quite well. I have not tried any of the other many menu options but they are plentiful. We have only been to the one in the U-District - I am not sure if the one in Ballard is the same. Be sure to read their Mission Statement while you wait.
