We used Allen Tate when we had to sell our home and it was definitely a great decision. At the time we were selling our home, we had 3 or 4 other homes on our street on the market as well. We were the only ones who used Allen Tate and sold our home in 8 weeks! My Realtor did a great job making sure we had showings and represented us very well. She gave great advice on how to sell our home and it worked!
