I have found the owner and all mechanics to be professional, polite and they explain in detail the work they think you need to have done. They are not pushy.
I went to a tire store2 blocks away by the bank and I was told my brakes were rusty and I should replace them and was handed an estimate for several hundreds of dollars. I stopped at All Tune and Lube on the way home and they told me I had dust on my brakes. That was last summer and I am still riding around on the same brakes. When I replace the brakes, I will go to All Tune and Lube. I just took another auto there yesterday for an oil change and told them my wheel was shaking. They brought me into the garage to show me the inside of my tire was splitting. There was no hard sell to replace the tire with them. This is the cleanest waiting room I have seen and the wait is never long. I have sent my of my friends there and they are happy with the service.
