My parents have been Rapscallion fans for a really long time. They go regularly and love to order a wide variety of their seafood appetizers and share them like a buffet. The service is very high-brow and fancy. The restaurant has white table cloths and the waiters wear white jackets.
They have a wonderful Sunday Brunch, too. It's really good.
Go when you want to celebrate or spend some extra money.
