This review is for: Yoga Shack

I like yoga a lot, it's the best exercize in my humble opinion. I think, though, that it's just as good to do it at a place like Yoga Shack or at home if you know the poses. It helps so much, but I don't think it's worth it to pay this much a month for just yoga. If you are going to pay, then joining a gym is better. If yoga is all you do, though, then this might be a good place to spend your money. Yoga is great for older folks and people who want lower impact workouts.
