I went for a family gathering here once, and the place seems almost always empty even as I pass by. I think it gets most of its business from take out. Even the poor fish in the decorative tank look diseased!

You will find shampoos that are normally $7-$10 for $4-$5, and the products range from lawn chairs, paintings, gourmet european cookies and chocolates, electronics (TV's cell phones), and beauty care. The prices are absolutely unbelievable, you will love it.

Although this place has ads on TV and on billboards saying they have the best cannolis, they are not that great. Although I dislike this place, many of my family members and friends view it as great. Go to Moretti's instead for a warmer experience with fresh, superior baked goods.

Food is standard for all chain locations. Service is OK. Prices standard. Decor has local and 1950's small town touch. Nice place for big group of friends or family. They have good selection of drinks, which is why its great for informal parties. And if you like steak and burgers, this place is decent. But I'm not sure about the cleanliness, because I have felt sick afterward a few times.

The wait is awfully long, but the service is friendly. The food is OK, like Chevy's better. They give you some beeper contraption and make you wait 45 min-1 hr to get seated. And when you're seated, the place is a huge maze which is filled to the brim with noisy people. The waiters rush you, and the food is not fresh and thrown together hastily. Chevy's at the Staten Island Mall has superior quality and service.

I always run here to pick up some last minute mascarapone for my tiramisu. This place is renowned for its cheeses, and the Italian workers really know what they're talking about when you ask them questions.
