Rude service

I could not believe how poorly I was treated when I contacted this store about a sewing accessory. It was enough to make me never want to set foot in the store. However, hoping it was just a fluke, I did venture in there. I found it to be overpriced, and the staff just as rude in person. I wouldn't recommend this store at all
