Located in Lowell and adjacent to the Regals Cinemas at Franklin Square is Harris Pools and Spas. They have a great selection of above ground pools and spas and well as Billiard pool tables all at affordable pricing. They now offer a indoor skate park with half pipes and quarter pipes and a very small refreshment stand where the kids can purchase chips, soda and candy. They are expanding to the outdoors with a huge skateboard ramp. The cost is minimal and the kids love it. Just remember not to forget their protective gear. You can purchase by the hour or all day passes for the kids. Check winter hours.

Better known now as Morris & Daughters just right off the Cramerton exit. This place is gorgeous and the fabrics, drapery, notions departments are out of this world. Watch out Mary Jo's there is some new girls in town. They also offer beautiful home furnishings from lamps, accents pieces, bedspread, comforters and so much more at very affordable pricing. Your friends won't have to know you didn't hire an interior decorator because at this place it's one stop stopping and you can do it all yourself without the need for an expensive interior designer. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Located in Mount Holly near the bypass is Mt. Holly Eye Clinic. It is a very clean nice facility and the staff is so helpful and friendly. My family has been going there for years. Dr Angela Fox-Putnam is a very considerate and concerning eye doctor. She accepts most insurance plans and extends her hours to 6pm most days. The variety in the frame shop is lacking a little. I have found that my insurance plan will not completely cover the frames she offers. They cost more than my frame allowance so I always have a little out of pocket expense but it has not been a big expense at all. I would recommend her to any family or friends.

This is the neatest and prettiest tanning salon, located on Hickory Grove Road, it sits directly behind the proprietress house. She has the most up to date advanced tanning beds and has all the best tanning products available. She has extended her tanning salon and now has added a clothing boutique and sells some beautiful costume jewerly. She now offers the spray on tan in which my daughter did for her prom and it turned out beautifully. The tanning packages and products are very resonably priced.

Village Flower Shop is located at 4 points intersection in N. Belmont across from the new Dollar General Store. They have been in business for many years. They always have the prettiest window displays. I have used them on many occasions in the past years and the quality of the flowers are spectacular and the foliage is always fresh looking. She does beautiful casket sprays, wreaths and sprays for funerals at very affordable pricing. She also doesnt't overcharge for delivery and I think delivery is always free to local hospitals and funeral homes.

They carry items from bread, can goods ( which may be a little dented) toothpaste, shampoos, spices, school supplies, toilet paper, makeup, greeting cards, hair color, pet items, cleaning supplies all below retail cost. They always have something new each week. Janie the owner is very friendly and nice.
