Mostly overpriced

If you live in the area, it's convenient, but things are a little bit pricey here. For example, a box of cereal can cost $5. But milk, fruits, and vegetables are reasonably priced. Well, as reasonable as something can be in New York City. They call it a gourmet market, but I don't see anything gourmet about it at all. It's just an ordinary grocery store.
