I tried their famous sour cream apple pie. It's good, especially if you stick it in the oven for a while. But I'm not sure if it's worth what they charge. An 8 inch pie cost me $16. I think that can get me 2 or maybe even 3 pies elsewhere. If you're just looking to sample, then just buy one piece.

The stationary and cards are pretty nice, but it can be a little bit pricey. You can get a $3-4 card at this store, but I would say the average price is probably $5-7. And there are quite a few that run up to $12-14. That's just too expensive for a birthday card, in my opinion. They're cute, but just not worth the money.

Well, as reasonable as something can be in New York City. They call it a gourmet market, but I don't see anything gourmet about it at all. It's just an ordinary grocery store.

The selection is pretty small though, but what can you expect for a train station floral shop? Flowers range from $8-$15. A dozen roses costs about $10. They're decently fresh. I got some roses and they lasted for a week or so.

They're supposedly known for their chocolate covered pretzel sticks. But when I went it to get one, they didn't have any. Apparently, they only make large amounts for special orders. So I got regular chocolate covered pretzels and some almond bark, parked myself on a bench outside, and enjoyed this chocolately goodness. It wasn't spectacular, but it was good enough to cure my craving for chocolate.

The chocolate may be a little pricey (I think it's about a buck a piece for a small square chocolate), but they're good. There are many selections to pick from. We got about 8 different ones and shared so that each person got to taste each one. The shop is located really close to the river, so you can grab your chocolate and a cup of coffee and head to the benches along the river and enjoy sweetness with a great view.

This place is every child's dream and every parent's worst nightmare. They have any and every possible kind of candy you can imagine. It's not cheap though. You'll be paying around $9/lb to help rot your teeth. My personal favorite is the chocolate covered oreo. A lot of the other bulk candy can be purchased for half the price at pretty much any candy store or even grocery store.
