I wanted to wirte you to offer my sincere appreciation for my Service Advisor, Jay Grieco. I have praised him previously, but he deserves another. I am a frequent customer because my car is aging and requires more service -- Jay always offers his usualy high level of performance in taking care of me. He makes sure that I know exactly what they will do to the car and the costs involved. He checks in with me frequently to keep me posted on the wait time involved.
