My husband and I rent a home from this company and we've had a pretty good experience so far. They are out of Poway and if you notice they manage a home you want to rent I'd say go for it.
they have a maintance guy on staff and he usually comes out right away if there is a problem or if something needs repair. they also follow up pretty fast in regards to complaints or otherwise.
overall i am pleased with how they maintain and manage homes. We have not had any problems with them at all

They are reliable and work fast. They have quality components and unlike best buy or larger retail stores like dell, they ALWAYS have their items in stock and ready to assemble.

This is an awesome store for any thomas the train enthusiast or just any mom looking for great toys for their kids or for gifts. They do have the entire line of thomas the trains at a reasonable price and comparable to what you would find at toys r us.
they also have a great selection of unique toys, puzzles art supplies etc. I bring my son there to play with their 2 train tables on weekends just for fun.
their customer service is great too. they took a gift back and I wasn't sure they even did that without a reciept but they do. they allowed me to exchange it for other merchandise.

Kids clubhouse is like an indoor park for kids. it is CHEAP for admission too--$5 per kid and adult is FREE with them! How much better can it be? They have a huge indoor slide, imaginary play toys, dress ups stuff, traintable etc. there is also a coffee shop there and TVs for adults.
warning though that sunday afternoons it is BUSY while dads bring their kids to play while watching football! It also gets very very busy on rainy days of course but all in all your kids will love it. there is stuff there for 8 yr olds and also for 1 yr olds.
great place, highly recommened!

DO NOT rent an apartment from Loma Palisades! My husband had his first apartment with them and paid $1500/mo for a 3/1 bath apt in point loma area. Well these apts SUCK! they are infested with roaches galore, tons of them so keep your lights on if you rent from them. This is even after they sprayed!
They are poorly maintained and in a bad area of town. The toilet leaked from the uptairs to the downstairs. You cannot flush a tampon (sorry if Too much info here) because the toiltet plumbing is OLD and in bad condition and the toilet will clog and make a maintence worker come out to put a snake to unplug it...
if you rent from them, don't say I didn't warn you!

My husband and I rented a 2bed/1 bath when we were first married. the sea bluffs apartments are a perfect place for newleyweds. the grounds are kept up and maintened well. they have a fitness center and 2 pools. The apartments are also kept up fairly nice, not anything great but we had new carpet and when/if things were broken a maintence worker was there to fix it in a reasonable time frame.
We rented for almost 2 years before moving to a bigger home. the location is Oceanside was one of the nicer and safer areas of oceanside. they were also close to lots of amenities which is also a plus.

But I did! My husband is a huge aviation fan and we spent most of the afternoon there. I surprisingly enjoyed this museum quite a bit and I am not even that into aviation.
It had wonderful exhibits and provided a lot of information. I also think that it is one of the museums that offer free admission on a given tuesday in the month.
Definitely worth the time and money to check it out. I didn't think I'd like the museum but I really would go back and bring the kids this time around.
a must for any tourist or aviation fanatic, also a good place to bring the kids!

NOt good! The class that they described in their bulletin sounds great and I signed my 2.5 yr old son up for the the discovery time toddlers class.
I called to speak with the teacher prior because my son has autism and although he is very high functioning, I wanted her to know that he would be attending.
She called me back and discussed this but was impossible to work with, almost to the point of her trying to make it hard for my son because he does have a disability.
I ended up cancelling his enrollment because it became to difficult. they just did not want to work with us which is think is horrible, not only for a teacher to do but for the example it sets.

Nice and welcoming catholic church in chula vista. My youngest son was baptized there and we were a military family who had just arrived in town. The priest was welcoming and allowed us to baptize my son almost immediately after becoming members at this parish.
It is a large parish with many mass times. The priest is very down to earth and you feel very comfortable talking with him(something that I think you don't find that often in the catholic church).
highly recommened.
