I visited JC Penney to look for a birthday gift for my husband. I was looking for running pants and was very disappointed in the selection and price that JC Penny had to offer. The sportswear section was cluttered with a cart and boxes blocking some of the area. There was no employee in sight to ask for assistance. I usually am happy with the selection that JC Penney has to offer and will surely shop there again, it was just an unfortunate and unsuccessful experience this time.
