I know in Seattle people like to be coddled a little bit (I am a Seattleite myself), I have noticed that the receptionist has been a little curt but I would hardly say she is bad or unprofessional. She always makes sure to print you a copy of the statement that you need to verify your payment if you use a health care spending account and I just called her to reprint a statement and she was totally accommodating. And she has never booked me a bad appointment. What more does one need from a receptionist? more
