I first went to Chef Chu three years ago and was not impressed with service nor food. It took me a while to try it again. I returned recently with a group of colleagues, and had a very decent meal. We were seated upstairs, and service was efficient and couteous. I would now recommend Chef Chu as a good standard local Chinese restaurant.
