I saw Dr. Moreno for a throat problem. He immediately told me he did not want to operate on me. I was thrilled! And a bit shocked since most surgeons are ready to operate at the drop of a hat. He tried lots of other therapy before eventually resorting to operating. But it was his last resort, which was refreshing. Whenever I had tests done, it was always him who called to tell me, not a nurse or other staff. How nice to be able to speak to your doctor to ask questions. Sometimes the waiting room was full and the wait was long, but it was worth it.
