My know it all mother in law said I would wash out all my electrolytes out with colonics. she said her doctor told her to never do a colonic b/c of that reason.
Electrolytes are taken out of the food before the waste enters the colon!! I learned this on my own...just little me... let alone a MD. At least they could misinform better than that.
Anyway I felt so gas free and my abs were cut and I pooped for the whole hour I was in there. just the lightest I ever felt
I am going one time per month with all the bad chemicals and food I put in it's the least I can do for my poor digestive track
