A long wait..but they know their stuff

We purchased our furnace from here and the price was not cheap...but I'm told furnaces are not cheap. The wait time was a bit exhausting since they seemed to always be quite busy, but they do their best to take care of each customer that walks through the door quickly. They seem to be lacking on their computer skills to look up orders, but they are a nice group of individuals that are very experienced when it comes to furnace know how.
