Small Staff, Not quick to get back to you

They have recently expanded and have a larger facility and if they don't stock the items you need, they're willing to order them for you. The staff is somewhat slow when returning calls (if they return them at all) They are ok because of this reason, but again, they do carry a large inventory of items (or will order them). A bigger staff would help the ratio of customers to staff and the expansion has helped their showroom somewhat.
