Does a good Job...but the final invoice seems to increase with "as Needed" items

We hired this company and although the intial rate was good....the invoice called for Top Soil (as needed) crushed rock (as needed). I really think the as needed section of the invoice got us in the end because it increased the initial price by $2,000 !!! Owner who did the work is a bit unprofessional and talks up a storm - way too much !! but you rarely deal with him (admin staff is nice enough and professional). Just make sure if you use this company...you are given a total that they will stand by....or they will add a lot of unnecessary dollars to your invoice and bill it as..as needed!
