False Advertising and Bad Service

Ta-Dah advertises satisfaction guaranteed. What they don't tell you, is that if you aren't completely satisfied they'll fix it....but charge you another fee all over again. I had called ahead and asked what the charge would be for a full highlight. I was told $42.00...which seemed reasonable. Well, when cashing out after a highlight and trim my bill came to $103.00. They didn't happen to mention that they charge another $40.00 to touch up the base. Then when I got home I realized when pulling my hair back that the one side of my hair didn't have any highlights that could be seen at all, and the other had two small highlights. I went back in to have it fixed and they charged me another $20.00 on top of the 103.00 I had already paid. Ive never been charged so much for such bad service. I highly recommend thinking twice before going to Ta-Dah.
