I was very pleased with the quality of furniture and accessories this store has to offer. They accept items on consignment so there is literally always something new. They also have a huge selection of home office furniture that we almost missed because it was towards the back of the store. The sales reps were really nice and left us to do our shopping. They did not hound us like many other furniture stores.

This store has one of the best selections of dresses I have ever seen under one roof. I have been in two out of town weddings and was able to order my dresses locally from this store and pay less. The staff could use a brushing up on customer service skills; they always seem preoccupied even when the store is completely empty. But if you know exactly what you want this place is for you.

Vintage Villas has one of the most beautiful views overlooking Lake Travis. The gazebo on the lawn is a perfect setting for a wedding ceremony. If you time it just right the flowers will be blooming and make look even better. The staff is wonderful and is always willing to help. The food was served buffet style at the wedding we attended was very tasty.

Cashway is a full service lumber yard and hardware store. They also have a paint department with a computerized paint matching machine. We have been regular Cashway customers since moving out to Leander. They can even ship a package for you ups and make keys while you wait. Everyone in the store is always helpful and treats you like a friend.

There also carry a beautiful line of ceramic serving pieces. Some items do seem a little overpriced compared to national chain stores but it’s realty nice to support a local business.

The employees are very knowledgeable and take time to properly measure each child’s foot to find the proper fitting shoe.

This place is awesome. They have huge selection of educational and hard to find toys. They also carry a clothing line, a little on the pricey side but would make great shower and birthday gifts. Every time we visit this store I have to give my daughter a budget and time limit to work with otherwise we’d be there all day and finally leave with the entire store. They carry the groovy girls and Italian charm bracelets that are really in right now with young girls.

The San Antonio Zoo is a place the whole family will enjoy. We make it at least one a year and there is always something new to see. The entire park is heavily shaded and there are plenty of seating areas to stop and rest. This is especially nice for the grandparents. Be sure to ask if there are any new babies to see in the nursery, the new babies are always amazing to look at.
