ick. the food was MISERABLY greasy, left me feeling sick all day. the service was almost comically poor - 1/2 our table got their food right away, then it was at least 5 minutes until the other 1/2 got to eat. some people were already done by the time the other people at our table were getting served!
it's slightly overpriced for a burger joint but not too bad $-wise. regardless, unless i want a shake i'll skip ruby's next time.
