Mexico the restaurant, that is. located in Pacific Place next to Gordon Biersch, Mexico was a total delight. Friendly waitstaff who refill your water and nachos before you have to ask. Prompt service. and the food - oh my! i had a chipotle chicken with mango salsa, rice and veggies. It was one of the tastiest pieces of chicken i can remember eating. just amazing. hubby had provolone over eggplant which was also outstanding. their table salso is a bit on the spicy side but even i, the wimpiest of wimps when it comes to spicy, could easily tolerate it.
perfect place to eat if you are anywhere downtown.
