restaurant with an identity crisis

recently orrapin noodle experience changed itself to a bistro - orrapin thai bistro. it's still a nice, cute little place with very yummy & piping hot soups, but when i was there i couldn't tell if i was in a bar, a bistro or a noodle shop. this restaurant seems to be striving to be all 3, and it's a bit odd. i wasn't sure if the main focus was the food or the full bar. but, as i said, the food is good and it's a perfect place to go on a chilly and/or rainy nite. and the service is good too. so no real complaints but not someplace i'd tell everyone to try.
that's my story and i'm stickin with it.
