great but pricey clothing; nice staff, moody owners

let's start with the good - this place is way more than a mail dispatch, it's also a boutique with a ton of cute and eclectic items. from shoes to clothing to jewelry, cards, soaps, purses, etc. this store seems to have it all. the staff is nice and very helpful, and they are located in a convenient area (on queen anne ave).
BUT almost everything in the store is overpriced, and every time i am in there and have to deal with one of the owners (mother/daughter team), they are rude, moody, snobby, distant...take your pick. they act like it's my priviledge to be allowed to enter into their store. zero customer service on their part.
