This bowling center is new and fun and gives a new look to the old stuffy bowling alleys. There is no clutter between lanes and no stuffy scorekeepers area. Everything here is family and friend friendly and everyone can get close and have fun.
There is a HUGE gameroom and this place rocks!!!

My family have been members at Discovery United Methodist Church for several years now. We love this church. Dress is very casual (come as you want). If you choose, you can wear jeans, shorts, t-shirt or anything. There is no offering plate passed around, it is at the door and a token between you and God. We sing contemporary Christian songs, this is a fun experience and you really feel good when you leave the service.
Only thing I don't like is that we were a smaller church when I started there and now it has grown to 3 services and there is just so many people now that it is hard to know everyone and hard to keep up with all of the activities going on. If you miss a couple weeks of church, you are completely lost as to the activities.
I just don't believe that everyone is informed enough of the activities going on but other than that....I love Discovery.

I do most of my weekly grocery shopping at Sam's Club. I have 4 children so buying at Sam's is very smart for me. I purchase ground chuck at 1.59 per lb and can buy twice as much at Sams than at the grocery store for way less. 3 lbs of bagged salad is $2.99 and cheaper than grocery store, milk is over $1.00 per gallon cheaper, eggs are cheaper...frozen chicken....OH I can go on and on.
I spend WAY less and get more food at Sams than at the regular grocery store.

If you want fresh and I mean FRESH meat that you can buy by choosing which piece of meat you want from the butcher counter.....well....then this is the store for you.
If you are ever having a dinner party or grilling out with friends, you can come here and buy your choice of steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops or buy ground meat by the pound. Everything is fresh and placed in butcher counters.

They have specialty bakery items, homemade candy, exotic cheeses and of course a fresh deli counter that features homemade items like tuna salad, chicken salad.....all types of organic foods and organically grown fruits and veges.
This place is sooooo cool.

I went to Target last time in January and the parking lot was so filthy and filled with paper and trash that I could not believe what I was seeing.
Every one of the cart stalls was overflowing...
I went to Target last time in January and the parking lot was so filthy and filled with paper and trash that I could not believe what I was seeing.
Every one of the cart stalls was overflowing with carts. My daughter and I proceed into the store and there is no one in the store.
I was totally disappointed in the Hwy 280 Target store that night. Needless to say, I turned around shortly after entering the store and got back in the car, drove about 2 miles south to Wally World on Hwy 280.
Normally I like Target but I just wasn't feelin it that day.

I attended Bradford Business School many many years ago and I really regret spending so much money for nothing. I attended for the required 18 months and had perfect attendance and had all A's and B's and did good but the requirements of graduation I did not meet.
I was supposed to have two perfect typing tests with like 3 errors or less - I did that requirement. I was supposed to do two shorthand tests with like 3 errors or less. I could never get it down below 4 errors or less on one of the tests and therefore never officially "graduated" from this school. I have to this day a "Certificate of Attendance" which means nothing.
I spent over $15000.00 in 18 months for an education that is worthless.
The school has a placement program and only sent me on 2 interviews. Bradford School was a bad investment for my future and I am now 40 yrs old and still to this day have to write "Certificate of Attendance" on any of my background.
I could have gotten the same education at any of the cheaper schools in Pittsburgh. Believe me....the education was nothing special. I fell for the Barbie Bradford atmosphere when I was 17 yrs old.
