There is a new restaurant in our town, Long John Silvers is sharing a space with Taco bell. We had LJS restaurants years ago here in Birmingham but they all moved out of town. I am not a seafood eater but I totally LOVE the chicken planks. I was thrilled to have them move back into town because I had to wait till I visited back home in Pennsylvania to feast on some chicken planks. I now visit there about once every two weeks. I don't care for the fries or hushpuppies so I just get 5 individual chicken planks and a drink.
