I went to Seastar for the second time -- and realized that it's official -- seastar serves some of the best seafood in the greater Seattle area. I rank it up there with Waterfront Seafood Grill and Oceanaire.
Seastar has a relatively long list of fresh fish options -- giving you your northwest standard salmon, as well other interesting choices, like Mahi Mahi and Ono. Try the salmon cooked on a cedar plank . . good stuff.
Don't be afraid of the sushi either.
The con for seastar is the location - the ground floor of an office building. . .but they do a good job of making the restaurant feel warm and inviting.
