I absolutely love the atmosphere at Slate. However, when you order skip the desserts. The scenere is great the vibe and service is great. I also forget to mention- On sundays take your girlfriend or boyfriend to play pool you get an hour free with your brunch. During the weekdays, from 12-3 there is a lunch special for $7 AND you get free pool. Not bad considering its New york in the Chelsea area. So if you want excellent food rethink it..but if you want hooked up drinks, scenery some cool bar food then SLATE is it.
