Horrible. Absolutely horrible.
I can understand if you spell my name wrong, or look and treat me like i am a high school because i look young. But do NOT mess up on my hair cut. I pay way over 200 dollars for head shots and for me to look like my head shots for a reason. This place just cant cut. All they did was buzz all my hair off when i said i needed a Faux-hawk. And by the way, I have bachelors from U.C. Berkeley, im not high school for the last time. And for those who think, "oh, you just were the one unlucky one." No, i have been here 6 times before and have a stamp card and this is my last straw. I tried to let it go before because they pretend to be friendly, but this time I used a groupon and there friendliness disappeared. If your company is doing a promotion, don't take it out on the customer if you don't like it.
