I have always taken my GTI to our local dealer, after a bad experience, I decided to try the next closest dealer in Ventura. I called and made an appointment, very easy and got the day I wanted. Arrived at the right time and was greeted promtly by Brandi. She was very nice and listened to my whole story about the other dealer and there lack of attention and inability to locate the source of my issue. There had been atleast 3 attempts to locate the source of a noise in my suspension. The car is almost out of warranty and I can't believe it cannot be found. Brandi called later that afternoon and they found it! A loose bolt, they checked every bolt and found it! Drove the car home, NO NOISE! Yahoo! I may have to drive further, but it is worth it! I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Barber VW!
