This place is a great small yoga studio. There is a very relaxed atmosphere and there is no sense of competition here, which is good. The Monday night class with Karl Erb is really great for decompression and body work. I would highly recommend checking it out. Also, they offer a really wide variety of disciplines and teachers, you are bound to find one you like.

This place is really a good studio and located centrally in Western Addition. There are not too many yoga studios or gyms in the area and this one is great! The atmosphere is healthy and peaceful and the teachers are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend going to checking out a class, drop in is only $14 and they have changing specials by season.

This is definitely not the place that you want to go if you want to relax. This is like the Marine Corps of yoga. I would not go back unless I was paid a fair amount of money

I have been unable to find a art supply store that matches the quality, selection and funkyness of Flax. They are conveniently located next to a really good buffet restaurant and though parking can be a pain it's worth the trip. I love there paper selection but I wish there was something to tell you whether or not it's printable. They always have some new interesting product to drool over. I even like how they break the sections.

This is a fun place to browse through. They have some fun funky clothing and other items. It's not something that I'd wear every day. The last time I went here was to buy some cute sun dresses for a cruise that I was going on. I don't really care for the over scented smell the place has. I don't know if they are burning too much insence or what, but it always makes my allergies act up.

It's so much fun to go in here and look around at all the beautiful clothes. I've been tempted and bought a few items here and they were awesome quality and held up really well. Crate and Barrel has so many things that you can use in your home. I really like their kitchen products--anything from really good sets of pots and pans to electric food processors. They have an amazing selection of glassware that is fun looking yet not too expensive. Around the holidays they have really cute decorations. I like that this is a very reasonably priced store.
