I love their winter ski sale. It starts in February – and runs until they run out of things to sell. I’ve seen it go well into April. During the ski sale, they have amazing deals. I recently got an amazing pair of skis for 75% off. During the sale, you can find deals on all sorts of skiing and snowboarding equipment, including all the winter clothes you would ever need to keep you warm.
They have a great selection of gear for other sports – but I especially think their winter sports selection is unbeatable!!!

Like other similar stores, they have a great selection of the latest styles at very discounted prices. There have been numerous times that I’ve walked through a department store and seem the exact same pieces, but for much more money than at Lohmann’s. I like that their fashions are current – and not last season’s rejects.
Unlike other similar stores, I fink Lohmann’s to be much more organized. You can easily find what you need. Their clothing is displayed better, so you don’t always have to look through racks and racks.
Loehmanns has fashions for juniors, women, and men.
They also have a frequent buyer club, where they send you coupons in the mail.

I think that this is the best bagel and muffin place in town! They have the most amazing flavors of muffins – some of them are so good they almost taste like a dessert! My favorite muffin is the blueberry/cranberry combination.
Their muffins and bagels are a bit on the pricey side – but they are so yummy that they are worth an occasional splurge.
My office orders from them for every meeting – and everyone is always so pleased with their quality and freshness. They can deliver to your office – which makes them really convenient.

Santoros has a large selection or pizzas and sandwiches. Their prices are good – and the service was quick once we were able to get a table. It took us about 45 minutes to get a table for 2 on a Friday night. We were happy with the quality of the food – but I wasn’t really blown away by it (I was kind of expecting something fantastic because of the long wait).

This is by far not the most romantic or nicest sushi place in San Francisco, but it is the place to go if you want some fantastic sushi at amazingly low prices. It still operates as a fish shop, where you can buy some really great fish – so the ambiance is lacking. But it more than makes up for it by the quality, freshness, and price of the sushi!

We tried out Crepevine on a recent vacation to San Francisco, and my husband loved it so much we ate there 3 more times during our vacation! They have such a great variety of both sweet and savory crepes! There are so many choices there, and each one that we tried was so yummy!! The portion sizes are also huge – so chances are you are going to have leftovers. Their crepes also come with yummy roasted potatoes. They also have a great house-made juice (with carrots and ginger) that is just fantastic.

I wasn’t really impressed with Denver Mattress. I know several people who have bought mattresses from them and have been really happy, so I decided to go check them out when I was in the market for a new mattress.
First of all, I didn’t like the appearance of their store. It didn’t really feel welcoming. They didn’t put the plastic pads on the bottom of their mattresses (where your feet would go if you were laying down) so the bottom of the mattresses was really dirty. You almost didn’t want to lay down.
I wasn’t that impressed by the quality of the mattresses either. I think the quality is worse than most name brand mattresses. I also didn’t think their prices were that much lower than the competition. For the extra money, I would recommend going with a name brand mattress that you find comfortable – after all you will be sleeping on it every night!

They have an amazing selection of everything that you would need for your home (accessories, linens, art, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, countertops, the list goes on and on!!!). They even have appliances which they will happily price match and give you 10% of the difference.
They are fairly expensive, but their selection is amazing and you will get so many ideas just walking through the store!

I’m not really a huge fan of Urban outfitters. I think the clothes they sell is pretty expensive. I also don’t think it’s great quality clothing. It always looks tattered and worn – which maybe is supposed to be the style of the clothes – but if I’m going to spend lots of money on jeans I want them to last me a long time.
They also have some items to decorate your home with – but I think it’s geared more toward someone in high school or college.
