Convenient at northgate, however, during halloween parking can be challenging. People are helpful if you have questions, you can wander this store for hours, its best to have a plan though when you go there. Fun stuff, specially Xmas and Halloween time.

The church itself is very nice, scenic, waterfall outdoor, next to Theno's ice cream shop!! The pastor is kind, sincere and just a regular down home guy, raised in Washington, he's young and has good messages for every person. Its comfortable, no pressure, the pastor speaks to you like a regular person, no chastising, no finger pointing, just good old sensible teaching. Kids events, family events, lots to do! Holiday events galore, the pastor and his family are great people.

I like this bowling alley, there are plently of lanes, lounge, karaoke if desired, there are many lanes you'll need to do checking to see when there are not leagues if you just want to bowl yourself. Easy access to from I-5. Fun crowd for moonlight bowling, energetic atmosphere, and now that there is no smoking they may get more people even! You can find coupons in the paper once in a while, bowling is a good family outing, affordable, and Majestic is a pretty good place.

The managment at this place was great when I helped with an event one summer night. It was a golf tournament, and the staff was very accommodating, helpful, and had suggestions for us to get the group together. Whatever we needed, the tried to find. AFterwards the staff stayed late at the grill/counter in case anyone wanted to snack, they were cheerful and very nice. I'd use this facility again for a golf event.

Its not tacky either, there are these little old lady dolls as you first come in the door, about $35 old granny lookin dolls about 12", cuter than the dickens, dressed up in gingham and granny glasses, hook noses,,,,looks just like someone's granny probably, just miniature!

There's just so many, you need to sort of have an idea of what you want, as you'll end up wanting them all. I sought their opinions a couple times and they were helpful.

I love coming to Pier 1. I always find something! I enjoy the array of dishware, candles and small table objects. Most the stuff is reasonably priced and they have sales & coupons occasionally. If I need help there is usually enough employees wandering around that can help you. I foundsome cool glass vases and glass art objects to just put around the house, people comment how colorful these things are, and better yet, affordable!!

This nursery has been around for years! it moved from its original spot to this expanded location on Broadway, then also enlarged there! They have so much to choose from! I buy annuals, baskets, some shrubs, and I think a couple indoor plants. But its greenhouse after greenhouse Not so commercialzed as some well known nurseries. This way they can keep overhead low and lower cost for consumers. They have some unusual items too. On weekeneds of spring and summer the place is packed out. Its a great place that I've been going to for 20 years.

Sam's pet store is relatively new in Monroe. I saw his ad in a local newspaper & the pic of his Pug caught my attention, as I have one too. So I went to see what he had - His Pug is just adorable!! Sam and his wife helpful! He knows everything about foods & what your animal may need. He has pix with santa on 12-10-05, he believes in local community, and also donates to specific causes. Sam and his wife are downhome, comfy people to converse with, and you can let your pooch around the store too (concrete floors). I like to patronize the local businessman, and give them credit for starting new! He has a lot of stuff at this store! Food, toys, leashing stuff, fluffy bed things, snacks, info, ETC. Check it out! Open every day! Plus, Sam loves his pug to death - you can just see it.

I went here to "look" at the lodge-theme gift store and came home $91 poorer! There is 2 stories of logdey type stuff, from small items to large! Bear items, deer, moose, plaques, pillows, quilted things, twig items, ornaments, some food items, socks with themes, knick knacks, I got the last of a hedgehog made of dried chili peppers sticking out and some maybe parts of a pine cone - cutest darn thing! I mean tons of stuff galore; its a new store; not an older antiquey store. New, fun, its packed to the gills, so yo u need to look closely at everything to see the whole store.
