We took our computer to TQCI for a suspected virus because it kept shutting down for no reason. They had it for 2 days and called to tell us to pick it up it was fixed. When we started it back at home it shut down almost the secod we turned it on and we took it back. They looked at it again and said they didn't think anything was wrong with it but we could buy a new computer if we still had problems. We said no thank you and left. We did buy a new computer but not from them. We will not be returning to TQCI.
