Not a good spa experience

I have been to many spas across this country and have to remark on this one, as it wasn't a great experience. First of all, the employees are not happy and that is very evident. I asked my massage person what was going on and she said management was causing a lot of problems and the place was no longer run well or fun to be at. This was evident everywhere. Moral was so low, I would not return. The place is not so clean and is very run down. AVOID!
