First off - just notice it's "SEAT YOURSELF" then you won't wait at the door like a dork (like me). After that - it's all smooth sailing. Menu items are great - the Halibut sandwhich was great....
First off - just notice it's "SEAT YOURSELF" then you won't wait at the door like a dork (like me). After that - it's all smooth sailing. Menu items are great - the Halibut sandwhich was great. Fries are great. Salads are great. Crab cakes are WONDERFUL (really). Not just mayo and KRAB but real CRAB and not overly seasoned. Lots of great beers too. Enjoy!

They have a buffet - but we ordered from the menu. I We had the Lamb Vindaloo, the Tika Masala which were great. The Pomegranate Chicken was really good. The service was a bit slow, but they were more geared for buffet service at lunchtime. The nan was okay, not great. I liked all the sauces and the flavors were great.

Green Garden just opened a few weeks ago and is a great addition to downtown. They sell a great variety of cards, paper products and gifts plus wrapping paper and ribbon etc. I had a gift wrapped for my girlfriend and they did a great job. They also sell a line of chocolates made by a local company that are awesome!

So this is the fourth in the "Bluewater Bistro" chain, and it just opend in May 05 in Belltown. The interior is nice, the staff seemed helpful, and the food was well, just ok. I had the stuffed porkchop which came out chewy and dry and with a tart glaze of unknown origin. The mash potatoes were great tho and generous. Here's what I didn't like. It was a saturday night and the place was full to capacity, however, they had their stereo on with some acid jazz (poor I might add) blaring to add "ambiance" in someone's mind. The problem was we were in a open table and I could not hear anything from the other side of the table (I have normal hearing). I asked our food server if she could turn it down, she said she would see what she could do. Evidently "nothing" could be done as no change was made. Why this was especially irksome was the music was adding nothing to room, as it was full of people and the ambient noise level was high already. I can understand adding some music at lesser capacity to add some privacy and zing to the place, but this was completly unnecessary. I plan to write a letter to the management soon.

If you have a hankerin' for some good authentic Italian food, this is the place. Casa d'Italia has a small and intimate dining room, with a very small bar to seat patrons waiting for a seat. They also have a nice covered back patio with heaters that is used year around as well. The food is amazing, but I must warn newcommers - if you come inf for dinner, the menu they will hand you is the anytime/lunch menu. Don't be dissapointed, wait till the host brings around the chalkboard menu of the day - this is where the really interesting stuff is. They will typically offer 5-6 specials, all of which are hand made and typically incorporate fresh vegitables, hand made stuffed pastas and wild game. The night I went I was torn between the wild boar tenderloin and the venison and elk sausage. I went with the sausage - made over a risooto with tomato sauce with vegetables and mushrooms. It was great. Enjoy!

If you are looking for tires, suspension, or brake work on your car this is the place. Joe and the guys are friendly, honest and have very high standards for their work. I've been going there for two years now and have had nothing but great work done by them. They specilize in brakes and suspension and tires, but also are skilled in all types of work on most italian and german brands - especially Alfa Romeos.
Added bonus - they regularly restore and prepare vintage race cars which are always a treat to check out when you are there.
