Upon arrival the customer service was horrible. There was a person sitting behind the reception desk on the phone. Could not enjoy my massage because I could hear the salon's radio and the stylist conversation throughout my entire massage. I was asked how I enjoyed my massage and expressed my dissatifaction and the receptist just stated, "that they probably should have turn down the radio" and asked for my payment. The hot stone massage was horrible. I can see why they make you pay a deposit. I will not recommend this spa to anyone! HORRIBLE, I wanted to cry after I left!
